Dr. Adil is a board-certified psychiatrist in Pennsylvania with broad experience treating mental health conditions across all ages. She has worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and academic settings, and is known for combining clinical expertise with compassionate care. After completing her psychiatry residency at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore University Hospital, her focus areas now include ADHD, depression, anxiety, autism, mood disorders, schizophrenia, trauma, and family dynamics.

We do not accept insurances, but we can provide invoices to clients to obtain out-of-network benefit reimbursement .

Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours’ (two business days) notice. Weekends are excluded from this timeframe. For instance, if your appointment is at 10 AM on Monday, you’ll need to cancel by 10 AM on the preceding Thursday.
Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will incur a charge, though you may reschedule once at no additional cost.
