Dr. Adil is an accomplished, American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology board-certified psychiatrist in Pennsylvania with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions across the lifespan. She has worked in diverse clinical settings, including hospitals, outpatient psychiatric clinics, and academic environments where she has also taught psychiatry trainees. Deeply committed to the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, and adults, Dr. Adil combines her clinical expertise with compassionate care to support patients and their families.

Dr. Adil completed her General Psychiatry Residency at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ, followed by a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore University Hospital in Neptune, NJ. Her clinical interests include ADHD, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, autism spectrum disorder, mood disorders, schizophrenia, trauma-related conditions, and family dynamics.
